St Mary's is a Christian church in Strensall, which belongs to the Church of England and is a part of the diocese of York in the Deanery of Easingwold.

Our strapline ‘belonging together, walking together, believing together' reflects Jesus' own ministry. Jesus invited people to follow him, to belong together as a community, and as they walked with him they discovered who he was and became believers.

We aim to put Jesus at the centre of our worship. Our Sunday worship services reflect both traditional and contemporary styles, but we are all one church together. We want to be a presence for Jesus in our community and to make a positive difference in the lives of ordinary people who we meet week by week or day by day.

We offer a warm welcome to everyone living in our area or those visiting, and particularly to anybody moving to Strensall or Towthorpe. You are very welcome to join us.
